Leave PestPac in a weekend

Native PestPac import — CSV export pack, no API key, no paid migrator. Dual-run until cutover. Honest about what waits: stored cards, a full chemical archive, and any PestPac API path.

Onboarding opens with PestPac Import ready. Re-runs never duplicate accounts. Switcher pricing — native import is free; no fake price table. Leaving FieldRoutes instead? Leave FieldRoutes.

What lands day-1

A PestPac shop should be runnable on Monday: accounts, active setups, upcoming work orders, techs, and open AR. That is the bar. Everything else is named below so we do not oversell a weekend.

Accounts and service locations

Names, phones, emails, and service addresses so the book of business is actually yours on Monday.

Active service setups

Recurring programs with frequency, next service, and charge — the engine that generates tomorrow's jobs.

Upcoming work orders

Scheduled visits land on the board so assigned techs see the route in the PWA.

Technician roster

Employees become one-click invites. We never silently create user accounts from a PestPac export.

Open AR and invoices

Invoices and aging come across so you can explain the opening balance — not pretend it matches to the penny.

Honest about later

We would rather lose a signup than inherit a trust problem on Tuesday.

Payment tokens / stored cards

Card vault migration is not day-1. There is no PestPac token-export equivalent in this product. Autopay does not work in RouteWorks until a Stripe customer and payment method exist. Keep PestPac billing live until then. We will not pretend otherwise.

Full chemical archive

The CSV path does not import chemical-use history. Do not plan a compliance audit off a weekend export pack. Log treatments in RouteWorks going forward.

PestPac API / live sync

This importer is CSV only. We do not call a PestPac API, and we will not invent credentials or an incremental sync we have not built. Re-upload exports to refresh; matching IDs update in place.

CSV only — no API key required

Self-serve PestPac exports are enough. Pull the pack you already have access to. Preview the mapping, then commit. Headers are fingerprinted fuzzily against common export labels — we do not hard-require unpublished column names.

  • Accounts / customers
  • Service setups / programs
  • Work orders / schedule
  • Invoices / open AR
  • Optional: service codes, notes, employees

Dual-run billing until Stripe cards exist

There is no PestPac API path and no invented token-export handoff. Stored cards stay on PestPac billing. Importing invoices does not move the card vault. Keep PestPac payments live until each autopay account has a Stripe payment method — then cut over.

Re-uploads are idempotent. Matching PestPac IDs update in place so you can refresh the book while both systems run.

A weekend, not a quarter

Friday

Export the pack

Pull the reports you can already run: accounts, service setups, work orders, and open invoices. Optional: service codes, notes, employees. You do not need an API key or a PestPac rep.

Saturday

Preview, then commit

Create your RouteWorks company, install PestPac Import, and upload the CSVs. Headers are fingerprinted fuzzily — you preview counts, coverage, and unmapped columns before anything is written.

Sunday

Invite techs, check Monday

Invite the roster. Confirm tomorrow's jobs, open AR, and active setups. Dual-run PestPac — especially billing — until the route looks right.

FAQ

Do I need PestPac API credentials, or is CSV enough?+

CSV / export-pack is the only path. There is no PestPac API client in RouteWorks. Upload accounts, service setups, work orders, and invoices — no key required. If someone later ships an API path, it will be named here. We will not claim one now.

Can I dual-run PestPac and RouteWorks?+

Yes for the operation. CSV re-uploads update in place on preserved PestPac IDs (or a stable key when IDs are missing). Run both until Monday's routes look right. Payments are the honest exception: stored cards stay on PestPac billing until Stripe payment methods exist. Dual-run billing until then — then turn PestPac off.

What about saved cards and autopay?+

Stored payment methods are not imported. There is no FreeMe-style token handoff for PestPac in this product. Until a Stripe customer and payment method exist in RouteWorks, autopay stays off. Open AR still imports so you can collect. Keep PestPac billing live through cutover.

Do you import FieldRoutes from this page?+

No. This page and PestPac Import are PestPac only. FieldRoutes / PestRoutes is a separate plugin with its own Leave FieldRoutes page at /switch/fieldroutes. Neither importer reads the other product's files.

What about contracts and signed agreements?+

PestPac service setups / programs map to recurring plans — frequency, next service, and charge. We do not import a document vault or signed-agreement files from CSV. Day-1 is built to make the operation runnable: accounts, recurrences, schedule, and open AR.

What does RouteWorks cost?+

Native PestPac import is free — no paid migrator. We do not publish a fake price table. Start free, bring the book, and talk to us about the ongoing platform from what actually landed. Details are on /pricing.

Switch from PestPac this weekend

Start free, name the company, and land on PestPac Import. Leave PestPac when the Monday route looks right — not when a consultant clears a backlog. See switcher pricing.
